About Me

Hello Everyone - I can't tell you how happy I am that you have found my site.
 

So About me - like it's just what you all really want to know.  I am a retired
clerical supervisor and executive secretary.  So what am I doing with a site like this.
Well that was my job, not my passion.  As close as I can come to having a passion - it would
be herbals.  My other strong interests are knitting, reading, computers and astrology.  Yeah that really
fits with everything else.  I know.  But I do enjoy studying it.  I also sew when I find
the time.  Love to quilt also.

I am married to a wonderful man for almost 30 years now  - and have two grown sons.  Fortunately
one of them is a computer tech so he keeps me current.

My goals for this site are to continue to find wonderful ways to make natural and fun
things.  I like making home-made soaps especially, and because of all the natural ingredients
they are so good for you.  Nice to use natural products, instead of all those things you can't
pronounce.  Some of the formed soaps are melt and pours as it just works better for single
soaps.

With any luck I will be growing my own herbs and using them in soaps and other goodies. 
I have a really fun little herb garden - just need to harvest herbs before snow sets in which
I didn't make it this year.  Winter is upon us now - so what I have is what will get used.
